摘 要
W公司是一家高新技术企业,知识型员工人数占公司总人数比重大。知识型员工具备高素质、拥有较强的独立性、自主性、强烈的自我实现欲望等需要特征, W公司知识型员工现有的非货币薪酬激励存在激励缺乏针对性和差异性、职务晋升缓慢、授权不足、缺乏充分的工作自由度、缺乏感情投资、对员工职业生涯发展规划和员工成长不够重视等问题。针对其问题,W公司在对员工实施非货币薪酬激励时,应实施差异化薪酬激励政策;给员工充分的授权和信任;实行职业生涯发展双轨制;实行弹性工作制度,营造宽松的工作环境;加大对员工的感情投资;建立职业生涯规划。
