摘要：本电费管理系统是使用JSP编程语言和SQL Server2000数据库共同来完成的，采用面向对象方法，对电费管理系统进行设计与实现。分析设计了电费管理系统的静态模型和动态模型，完成了系统开发的分析、设计和实现的工作。本电费管理系统通过Web方式完成用户与系统的交互，系统的功能模块具体有用户管理模块、电费管理模块、缴费信息模块、抄表模块。本系统的开发采用现有成熟技术为参照，共享源码为模板，结合本电费管理系统的实际需求进行分析和功能调整，探讨了利用JSP开发电费管理系统的过程。
Abstract: The Electricity management system is to use the JSP programming language and SQL Server2000 database work together to complete the object-oriented approach on tariff management system design and implementation. Static and dynamic models of the electricity system analysis and design, completed the analysis of system development, design and implementation work. Management system of the electricity through the Web user and system interaction, the functional modules of the system specific user management module, electricity management module, payment information module, the meter reading module. The development of this system using the existing mature technology as a reference, shared source code as a template, combined with the actual needs of the electricity management system for analysis and functional adjustment, discussed the use of JSP developers electricity management system.
