浦江县阳阳镀膜有限公司作业管理的分析与对策
摘 要
作业管理是企业永恒的管理课题,也是企业经营管理的核心内容。随着经济全球化和经济一体化过程的加快,企业面临来自国内和国际的巨大竞争压力,能否保持较低的作业水平,获得长期的竞争优势是企业生存和发展的关键所在。但是,作业的必须是建立在保证质量和工期的基础上的,否则企业将面临被淘汰的危险。企业为了打造价格优势、选择一种或者几种先进的作业管理方法,实施科学的作业管理是其必然选择。
本文首先叙述了作业管理的概念和它的重要意义,接下来论述了作业管理的理论,介绍了基本方法和管理规则,分析了生产作业管理存在的问题,在此基础上,接着对举证公司的基本状况特别是其生产调度情况进行叙述分析。通过分析,得出公司生产部门的基本调度策略,结合公司实际情况,对生产部门作业进行改进分析,最后得出科学的调度策略。

Abstract
Enterprise management is an eternal subject of management, but also the core content of construction enterprise management. With the economic globalization and integration, construction enterprises are facing tremendous competition from domestic and international pressure, can maintain low level operation, obtain the long term competitive advantage of enterprises is the key to survival and development. However, construction operations must be established to ensure the quality and duration based on, otherwise the enterprise will face the risk of being eliminated. Construction enterprises in order to create the price advantage of the basic thoughts, select one or several kinds of advanced management methods, the implementation of scientific management is the inevitable choice.
This paper firstly describes the operation management concept and its significance, and then discusses the homework management theory, this paper introduces the basic methods and management rules, analyzes the existing problems in the production management, and based on this, then the burden of the basic situation of the company in its production scheduling situation analysis of narrative. Through the analysis, it is concluded that the company production department basic scheduling strategy, combined with the practical situation of the production department assignment to improve analysis, finally draw scientific scheduling strategy.
