市场经济条件下大型企业集团不断向纵深方向拓展业务开辟新的利润增长点为此提高企业集团投资管理水平做好投资战略的可行性分析选择符合企业集团需要的经营方式通过后续的切实执行来取得满意的投资收益。本文主要分析企业集团在投资项目决策与建设管理过程中存在的问题、解决之道和相应的信息化对策。
