摘 要
石油销售企业发展过程中,兼并破产、转换职工身份,提高生产力、改变生产关系,涉及国家、企业、职工切身利益的调整等问题十分值得重视。这些重要问题处理不好,小问题能够演变成大问题,局部问题也能演变成全局问题,甚至影响社会安定,给国家发展开放大局和经济建设带来严重影响和伤害。本文介绍了石油销售企业发展的背景,分析了石油销售企业发展期间,员工所遇到的种种问题。探讨了石油销售企业应该怎样与员工进行有效沟通,怎样才能沟通得更加有效。

Abstract

These important question processing is not good, small problems can turn into a big problem, local issues can also evolve into a global problem, or even affect the social stability, national development and opening to the overall situation and economic construction to bring serious effect and harm. This paper introduces the background of the development of petroleum sales enterprises, analyzes the petroleum sale enterprise development period, the staff of the problems encountered. Discussed the petroleum sales enterprises should how to communicate effectively with staff, how to communicate more effectively.
