摘要
自2006年开始,外国银行充分进入中国,外资商业银行取得了和国有商业银行完全平等的市场主体地位。外国银行进入中国之后,我国国有商业银行面临着前所未有的竞争和压力。四大国有商业银行和外资大银行展开全面的竞争。因此,全面了解我国商业银行的竞争力,并提出相应的对策和建议对于提高我国国有商业银行核心竞争力显然具有重要的理论和现实意义。对此我的建议是:我国商业银行业应遵循审懊原则,有计划、有步骤、分层次、分阶段地对外开放,引进先进的管理经验与技术,促进国内金融体制改革的深化.有利于提高金融效率,改善金融服务。把握主动权.循序渐进.有步骤、有计划、有节奏地推进银行业制度改革。也就是说,银行业开放和制度改革必须与我国的经济金融发展水平、金融体系和金融市场发育程度、监管程度以及人员素质等条件相适应,否则,会影响经济的健康发展。
本文首先介绍了核心竞争力的相关综述,其次对我国国有商业银行的核心竞争力方面进行分析,在此基础上,以杭州工商银行江南支行核心竞争力问题为例进行详细的分析,最后针对我国国有商业银行的未来发展、提升核心竞争力提出了相应的对策。

Abstract: In 2006, foreign Banks to come fully into China, foreign commercial bank made and state-owned commercial Banks of full equality market main body status. Foreign Banks in China after China’s state-owned commercial Banks facing unprecedented competition and pressure. Four big state-owned commercial Banks and foreign big bank carried out comprehensive competition. Therefore, fully understand the competitiveness of commercial Banks in China, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the core competitiveness of state-owned commercial Banks are of important theoretical and practical significance. My suggestion is: our commercial banks should follow the principle of the arc, planned, step by step, hierarchical stages, opening to the outside world, the introduction of advanced technology and management experience, to promote the domestic financial system reform. To improve financial efficiency, improve financial services. To grasp the initiative. Step step by step, plan, rhythmic advance system reform. That is to say, the opening up of banking industry and system reform to China’s economic and financial development, financial system and financial market development degree, degree of supervision and quality of personnel to adapt to the condition, otherwise, will affect the healthy development of the economy.
This paper first introduces the core competitiveness is reviewed, followed by state-owned commercial banks of China’s core competitiveness are analyzed, on the basis of this, the Hangzhou industrial and Commercial Bank of China branch of the core competitiveness of South of the Yangtze River as an example to conduct a detailed analysis, finally, the State-owned Commercial Bank of our country ‘s future development, enhance core competitiveness and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
