造纸行业的供应商的评估与选择

摘要

伴随全球经济一体化的不断发展，企业的规模与市场竞争也日益严峻，企业随时面临客户响应需求加快、售后服务增强、交货期缩短、产品质量提高的挑战。合作伙伴的优胜劣汰也直接影响到企业的长远发展，因此加强与合作伙伴的关系已经十分必要。在供应链下如何建立适合企业经营的供应商的评估与选择标准来提高企业的核心竞争力已经成为当今企业管理研究领域的重要课题。本文则主要研究造纸行业的供应商评估与选择。全文分为五个部分。第一部分为绪论部分，阐述了我国造纸业供应商的研究背景和意义；第二部分主要讲述了供应链的基础理论与影响供应商评估的因素和供应商选择的意义；第三部分详细分析了我国造纸行业的供应商管理的现状及存在的主要问题；第四部分主要研究对我国造纸行业供应商选择与评估存在的问题解决的措施和建议；第五部分则系统的对全文进行概括性的总结。

总体来讲，本文主要借鉴了我国造纸行业的相关理论，对造纸行业供应商的发展现状与研究意义加以阐述，并且运用文献分析法等各种研究方法提出我国造纸行业供应商在选择与评估方面存在的问题，最终提出了针对性的建议与措施，希望笔者关于造纸行业进一步完善我国供应商在评估与选择方面的工作具有一定的研究或参考价值。

How to establish a suitable in the supply chain enterprise management and evaluation of suppliers selection criteria to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise has become the most enterprise management an important issue in the field of study. This paper is the main research paper industry of supplier evaluation and selection. The letter divides into five parts. The first part is the introduction part, this paper expounds the research paper supplier background and meaning; The second part of the supply chain tells the basic theory and the influence factors of the supplier evaluation and selection of supplier of meaning; The third part detailed analysis of our paper industry supplier management present situation and the existence main question; The fourth part of the main research to our country paper industry suppliers selection and assessment of the existing problem solving measures and Suggestions; The fifth part of the system of the full text to general summary.
