企业文化是企业获取核心竞争力的一个长期有效的途径,企业文化不是可有可无的陪衬,而是能够保持企业长期高效发展的重要保证。
本文就太平人寿保险公司的企业文化建设进行分析,全文共分为三大部分,第一部分为绪论部分,主要就企业文化的内涵、特征和作用进行相关的介绍;第二部分主要针对太平人寿保险公司的文化建设的现状以及存在的问题进行分析与探讨,分析中发现,人寿保险公司在企业文化建设中已经形成了一套较为完善的体系和文化理念,但是其中也存在诸多的问题,这些问题包括对企业文化的认识存在偏差、缺乏企业文化的创新、企业文化建设仅仅留于形式、没有让企业员工参与到文化建设中来等等;文章最后一部分主要是针对上述的问题提出个人的意见和建议,以求能够帮助太平人寿把公司的企业文化建设得更好。

In this paper, Taiping Life Insurance Company Building of enterprise culture to carry on the analysis, the full text is divided into three parts, the first part is an introduction, mainly on the enterprise culture connotation, characteristics and role of relevant introduction; the second part mainly aims at the Pacific Life Insurance company culture construction present situation and the existing problems are analyzed and discussed in this paper, analysis find, life insurance companies in the enterprise culture construction has already formed a relatively perfect system and cultural concept, but there also exist many problems, these problems include the enterprise culture to the understanding existence deviation, lack of innovation of enterprise culture, enterprise culture construction just stay in form, not let company staff involved in the culture in the construction and so on; the last part of the article is mainly aimed at the above problems put forward personal views and suggestions, in order to be able to help the Taiping Life take company culture construction better.
