简析航班延误服务问题及补救策略
【摘要】在世界各个地方，目前，航班延误己是司空见惯的现象了。许多的专家和学者也在航班延误后的恢复调度问题上进行了研究，按一般说重点放在求解的方法和调度模型的构建创新上来。而从模型上来看，航班目前的调度方面模型是以整数的规划为主的，通常是以航班延误的成本最小为目标的;从求解的方法上来看，多是集中在使用成熟的数学算法中己有的，因为这个问题的复杂性，往往是得不到全局最优解，因此像免疫算法、遗传算法和模拟退火法等启发式算法的使用比较多，也有学者将两种或多种方法进行综合进行模型的求解。

[ Abstract ] in various parts of the world, at present, it is quite common for flight delay is the phenomenon of. Many experts and scholars are flight delays recovery scheduling problem is studied, according to the general focus on solving method and scheduling model innovation. From the view of the current model, flight scheduling model is based on integer programming based, usually in flight delay minimum cost as target; from the solving method of point of view, is more focused on the use of sophisticated mathematical algorithms have some, because of the complexity of the problem, is often not the global the optimal solution, such as immune algorithm, genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm, heuristic algorithm using the comparison, some scholars will be two or more methods are integrated to calculate.
