野外生存生活训练对航海专业人才培养的可行性研究
—-以江苏海事职业技术学院为例
摘要
随着全球经济一体化进程的不断加快，我国航海业得到了长足的发展，成为国民经济的支柱产业之一。科技以人为本，航海业所拥有的人力资源越来越成为企业生存、行业发展的决定性因素。但是，我国航海业人力资源从总体上还不能满足我国航海业快速发展的需要。根据2009年我国海事局的统计数据，截止至2009年我国船员总数已达155万人，是世界上公认的船员大国。但目前，我国船员队伍却面临着严峻的形势：职业优势明显下降，高素质船员流失严重，航海类一线人才总体数量严重不足。究其原因，一方面，随着知识经济的到来，知识更新的速度大为加快，原有人力资源总体水平不高，难以满足航海业快速发展的需要;另一方面，从航海业人力资源总量上看，也不能满足建设航海强国的要求。因此，建立一支适应航海业发展的人力资源队伍刻不容缓。作为为国内外航海业提供专门人才的我国航海教育，改革开放以来得到了长足的进步，为我国的海上交通运输事业提供了大量人才，做出了积极贡献。但是，目前世界经济结构和国际贸易结构正发生着深刻的变化，我国航海教育的现状与国际经济竞争的需求和国内外航海业发展的迫切需要相比，已经相对滞后。
鉴于上述原因，本文创新式的探讨通过野外生存生活训练的方式对我国航海人才培养的可行性研究，希望开拓我国目前传统的陈旧的航海专业人才培养的模式。首先分析我国目前人才培养的历史以及现状，结合目前国际形势以及运输行业的发展，论述我国航海人才培养所面临的机遇与挑战。接着分析野外生存生活对人的影响以及这些影响对航海专业人才培养的贡献力，并根据实证学院的实际情况探讨最终实施相关课程的理论和经济可行性。然后，通过问卷调查的方式实际了解院校内学生对于相关课程的接受程度以及教师对于课程实施过程中的可能遇到的困难，从理论以及实践两个层面出发，并提出野外生存生活训练课程的建设内容、实施过程和策略，从而提升院校培养的航海专业人才的适应力和竞争力。

Abstract
Along with the process of global economic integration accelerate ceaselessly, the shipping industry of our country got great progress, become one of pillar industries of national economy. Technology to people-oriented, shipping industry have human resources more and more become the enterprise survival, development of the industry is the decisive factor. However, China’s shipping industry human resources on the whole in China still cannot meet the needs of the rapid development of shipping industry. According to the 2009 China’s Maritime Bureau statistics, as of 2009 the crew of our country gross already amounted to 1550000 people, is the world recognized the crew powers. But at present, our country crew team is facing a grim situation: occupation advantages obviously decreased, serious loss of high quality seafarers, maritime professionals overall insufficient seriously. Investigate its reason, on one hand, with the advent of knowledge economy, knowledge updating speed is quickened, the original human resources overall level is not high, it is difficult to meet the needs of the rapid development of the shipping industry; on the other hand, from the shipping industry human resources total amount, but also cannot meet the requirements of the construction of shipping powerful nation. Therefore, the establishment of a suit for the development of shipping industry human resources team brook no delay. Maritime shipping is an important part of transportation, other carriage means cannot be replaced by. As for domestic and foreign shipping industry to provide specialized talents of Maritime Education in China, since the reform and opening up has made great progress, for China’s marine transport industry provide a large number of talents, made positive contribution. However, at present the structure of the world economy and international trade structure is undergoing profound changes, China’s maritime education present situation and international economic competition and the needs of domestic and foreign shipping industry development urgent need, have been relatively lag.
In view of the above reasons, this article through the innovation type of field survival training way for training qualified personnel in China the feasibility study, the hope develops our country at present the old traditional maritime professional talent training mode. The first analysis of the current cultivation history and current situation, combined with the current international situation and the development of transportation industry, discuss our country shipping talents facing the opportunities and challenges. Followed by an analysis of field survival effects on people as well as the influence on navigation talents advantage, and according to the practical situation of our hospital on the final implementation of the possibility and feasibility of related courses. And, by way of questionnaires to understand the real school students for courses related to acceptance as well as teachers in curriculum implementation process may encounter difficulties as well as the implementation of the recommendations, from theory and practice two levels set out, thus ensuring the accuracy for the study, China’s maritime professional talents to open up a new path.
