黑龙江省对俄农产品出口贸易的现状及对策
摘要
随着全球经济一体化进程的加快以及亚太区域经济的迅速发展, 东北亚地区作为亚太区域经济的组成部分, 正日益引起世人的关注。而俄罗斯的远东地区和中国的黑龙江省正处在东北亚经济开发的热点区域。俄罗斯地广人稀、耕地撂荒, 农产品市场潜力巨大, 而黑龙江省农业人口众多, 农产品种类丰富。因此, 黑龙江省应抓住对俄农产品贸易的比较优势, 充分依托口岸的便利条件, 以俄罗斯市场需求为导向, 进一步加快对俄农产品贸易的步伐, 带动全省经济的振兴和农村经济的全面发展, 从而推动社会主义新农村建设。

Abstract
With the speeding up of global economic integration and the rapid economic development in the Asia-pacific region and northeast Asia as part of the Asia Pacific region economy is increasingly cause the attention of the world. And the Russian far east and China’s Heilongjiang province is in the hot issue within the area of northeast Asia economic development. Russia’s vast and sparsely populated, abandoned farmland, and agricultural products market potential is tremendous, the Heilongjiang province agricultural population, a variety of agricultural products. Therefore, Heilongjiang should take on Russia’s trade of agricultural products comparative advantage, fully relying on port convenient conditions, to the Russian market demand as the guidance, to further accelerate the pace of Russian agricultural trade, drive the entire province economic development and the all-round development of rural economy, promoting the construction of new socialist countryside.
