摘要
受全球金融危机影响，我国对外贸易经济受到了很强的冲击。当前，我国经济已进入后危机时代。我国将面临后危机时期世界经济的许多变化和新机遇。如何研究后危机时代我国进口贸易问题，进而提出有效对策建议以促进我国进口贸易健康发展，从而促进我国经济增长有着较强的现实意义。目前我国已成为世界第三大进口国,大宗资源型产品如石油、铁矿石、大豆等的进口占世界贸易总额的比重很大。但一直以来,由于我国采取的是出口导向战略,对进口的作用重视不够,至今仍没有形成完整的进口战略以及与之配套的经济政策。
近年来,我国进口的增长速度在不断加快;但同时,资源进口上的种种失误也造成一些严重的亏损。在今天的国际环境中进口可能难于出口,当前需要重新思考国家的进口战略。根据我国进口贸易现状特点、存在问题等方面对我国进口贸易做出系统的分析，提出改善我国进口贸易促进经济增长若干对策建议。

ABSTRACT
Affected by the global financial crisis, China’s foreign trade economy is very strong impact. Current, our country economy has entered the age of post crisis. Our country will be faced with after the crisis of world economy many changes and new opportunities. How to study the post-crisis era of China’s import trade problems, and then put forward effective countermeasures to promote the healthy development of China’s import trade, so as to promote China’s economic growth has a strong practical significance. At present, China has become the world’s third largest importing country, a large amount of resources intensive products such as oil, iron ore, soybean imports accounted for a large proportion of the world total volume of trade. But all the time since, as a result of our country adopts is export oriented strategy, to import role seriously insufficient, still has not formed a complete import strategy and the related economic policy.
In recent years, China’s import growth rate at constant speed; but at the same time, the import of resources on all sorts of errors also cause some serious losses. In today’s international environment may be difficult to import export, the need to rethink the national import strategy. According to China’s import trade current situation characteristic, existing problems and other aspects of China’s import trade to make systems analysis, put forward to improve our country import trade promotes economic growth some countermeasures and suggestions.
