摘要
经济法是规范国家经济调节之法、分配之法，具有保障国家调节的再分配功能，能够规范收入分配秩序，有利于构建科学、合理、公平、公正的社会收入分配体系。任何一个社会,在谋求和谐发展的过程中,都需要依赖于这个社会所广泛认同的公平正义原则的实现。本文从经济法的公平观及经济法产生的背景来引出对经济法视野中的实质公平观的阐述，向读者展现如何在经济法中合理运用实质公平观。
