浅析青岛纺织外贸企业内销之路
摘要
后金融危机时代,我国纺织服装企业面临的问题日益突出,外需萎缩导致出口下降,贸易摩擦愈演愈烈加大了出口难度,新兴经济体国家汇率以及各种资源成本较低减弱了我国纺织服装品的国际竞争力。同时,企业内部粗放的经营模式、科技含量较低的产品、较落后的管理方式等因素,都造成了我国纺织服装产品出口受到较多的阻碍。
本文围绕“后危机时期青岛纺织外贸企业战略内销”这个主题主要论述外贸企业战略转型的理论基础,明确外贸企业战略转型的一般概念,介绍战略转型的本质和动因,通过战略转型在国内外的发展来深化理论基础。接下来着重对青岛纺织外贸企业的内外部发展环境进行探讨,分析其存在的主要问题;并针对出现的问题提出建设性的意见和建议,以促进青岛纺织外贸企业顺利打开内销之路,完成战略转型。

Abstract
Financial crisis after age, our country textile clothing enterprise faces growing problem, now atrophy leads to decline in exports, trade friction intensified increased export difficulty, emerging economies and various resources exchange rate lower cost of weakened the China textile and clothing products in the international competitiveness. Meanwhile, the enterprise internal management mode of the extensive, science and technology content lower products, a backward management factors such as the way, have caused a China textile and clothing export products by more obstacles.
This paper focus on “crisis period after Qingdao textiles trade enterprise strategic sales in domestic market” this theme this paper discusses mainly the foreign trade enterprise strategic transformation of the theoretical basis, specific foreign trade enterprise strategic transformation of the general concept, this paper introduces the essence of strategic transformation and motivation, through the strategic transformation in the domestic and foreign development to deepen the theoretical basis. The next to Qingdao textile trade enterprise, on the internal and external development environment, this paper analyzes the existence main question; And the problem put forward a constructive opinions and Suggestions in order to promote Qingdao textile trade enterprise, smooth open road of the domestic, and complete the strategic transformation.
