自二十世纪九十年代以来，人民币汇率逐渐成为国内外关注的焦点，再加上金融危机之后，我国人民币汇率变化更加的频繁，升值速度也很快，到2011年我国人民币兑美元累计升值已达到了4.7%。人民币汇率的不断变动，对我国进出口贸易、投资等很多经济变量都有很深远的影响，一方面，有利于我国出口型中小企业实现产业结构优化升级，转变外贸增长方式，提高国际竞争能力和抗风险能力；但另一方面，也增加了企业经营风险，提高了国际贸易相对价格，降低了吸引外资能力，削弱了出口商品的国际竞争力。同时在一定程度上给我国企业带来了压力，尤其是我国的对外贸易企业，其受到的影响更大，而作为我国主要外贸企业的纺织品企业同样也受到了人民币汇率变动所带来的各方面的影响。所以本文就浙江省纺织品出口展开研究，找出浙江省纺织品出口因为人民币汇变动带来的不利，并最终提出建议，包括希望浙江纺织品出口企业采取正确的外汇结算方式，加强经营管理，提高产品的技术含量和附加值得到，最终增强产品在国际市场上的竞争力和抗风险能力。
Since the nineteen ninties, RMB exchange rate has gradually become the focus of attention at home and abroad, coupled with the financial crisis, China’s RMB exchange rate changes more frequent, rise quickly, to 2011 our country RMB appreciation against the dollar has already reached 4.7%. Renminbi exchange rate change continuously, on China’s import and export trade, investment and other economic variables have very far-reaching effect, on one hand, is conducive to China’s small and medium-sized export enterprises realize the upgrading of the industrial structure, the transformation of foreign trade growth mode, and enhance international competition ability and fight risk ability; but on the other hand, also increased business risks, improve international trade relative prices, reduced ability to attract foreign capital, weakening the international competitiveness of export commodities. To a certain extent, brought to our country enterprise pressure, especially our country ‘s foreign trade enterprise, its impact has been greater, as China’s main foreign trade enterprises of the textile enterprises also by the RMB exchange rate changes brought about by the influence of each respect. This is Zhejiang province textile export of Zhejiang Province, find out the textile export because of currency changes brought adverse, and finally suggestions are put forward, including hope Zhejiang textile export enterprises to take the correct foreign exchange settlement, strengthening management, improving product technology content and added value, ultimately enhance the product competitiveness in the international market and ability to resist risks.
