我国劳动密集型产品出口问题研究

摘要

劳动密集型产品出口在我国整个对外贸易和经济发展中起着重要作用。然而，由于转变外贸增长方式的提出和近年来劳动密集型产品出口滑坡，外贸阵线中抑制和否定劳动密集型产品出口的观点日渐突出。本文对此持不同看法，认为我国国情、我国的国际比较优势和国际大环境决定了劳动密集型产品出口仍需大力发展。虽然当前劳动密集型产品出口存在质低价廉、外贸组织结构不科学的内优，以及贸易保护主义加强的外患。但是，只要我们能采取有效的对策，劳动密集型产品出口的前景是美好的。本文对中国劳动密集型产品的问题进行了分析，研究了新形势下如何再造我国劳动密集型产品的出口竞争优势。通过以上分析，提出了加快我国产业升级、提升劳动密集型出口的一系列政策建议。

Our country labor-intensive products export problems research

Abstract

Labor-intensive products export in our country the foreign trade and economic development plays an important role. However, due to the change of foreign trade growth mode and put forward in recent years labor-intensive products export landslide, foreign trade in front suppression and negative labor-intensive products export view out gradually. In this paper, this hold different views, think that China’s national conditions, our international comparative advantage and international environment decided the labor-intensive products export still need to develop. Although the current labor-intensive products export of existing foreign trade organization structure low cream, not the best science within, and strengthen the trouble of trade protectionism. But, as long as we can take effective measures, labor-intensive products export prospects is good. In this paper, the Chinese labor-intensive products were analyzed, and the new situation in our country to rebuilding the export of labor-intensive products competitive advantage. Through the above analysis, and put forward the acceleration of China’s industrial upgrading, improve labor-intensive export of a series of policy Suggestions.
