摘要
随着我国“一带一路”（即新丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路）战略的不断推进，新疆也迎来了实现经济社会跨越式发展的难得的历史机遇。在构建新丝绸之路经济带的过程中，新疆作为新丝绸之路经济带的核心区，必将发展成为我国与中亚和欧洲各国进行经济贸易往来的坚强保障。然而机遇总是伴随着挑战，新疆经济在发展过程中也面临着诸多的问题。本文即从“一带一路”战略的视角下出发，研究新疆经济发展问题。文章首先对“一带一路”战略提出的背景和新疆重要的经济地位进行阐释，通过对新疆经济发展现状的分析，指出当前新疆经济发展中存在的主要问题，并提出相应的解决措施，以期在“一带一路”的伟大战略背景下，更好地推动新疆经济增长，实现新疆的伟大复兴。

Abstract
As China’s policy of “One Belt and One Road” (the new Silk Road Economic Belt and the twenty-first Century Maritime Silk Road) continues to advance， Xinjiang has ushered in an important historical opportunity. In the process of building a new Silk Road Economic Belt， Xinjiang， as the core area of the Road， will play a prominent role in trading between China and other countries. However， the opportunity is always accompanied by challenges. Xinjiang’s economy is also facing many problems in its development process. This article mainly studies Xinjiang’s economic development in the strategic context of “One Belt and One Road”. It first explains the background of the policy and Xinjiang’s important economic status. Then， through the analysis of the current situation of Xinjiang， the study points out some main problems in its economic development process and puts forward corresponding countermeasures， aiming to better promote the economic growth of Xinjiang and achieve its great rejuvenation.
