[摘要]：目的 探讨改良口腔干预在神经重症经口气管插管患者的应用效果。方法这次研究的对象都是来自于本院重症房中的经口气管插管患者，时间段是2015年9月至2016年6月的患者，人数总共60人,并将这些患者进行分组，分成实验组30人和对照组30人。治理期间，两组接受不同治疗方案，对照组接受的是常规口腔护理方案；观察组接受的是改良口腔干预方案。记录两组患者护理前、护理后后第3、5d时，口腔异味发生情况；并通过实验室检测法，测定患者口咽部分泌物致病菌菌株数量；采用评分方法是Beck口腔评分法来对患者口腔健康状况评估。结果 观察组护理后第3、5d时口腔异味发生率较对照组低；口咽部细菌培养致病菌菌株数较对照组少；Beck口腔评分优于对照组，上述各指标组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；各个指标呈现下降趋势。 结论 改良口腔干预应用于神经重症经口气管插管患者中，可获得满意效果，有利于减少口腔异味，改善口腔清洁度及口腔的健康状况。

the effect of modified oral cavity intervention strategy on oral cavity nursing of the patient with transoral trachea intubation in neural intensive care unit

【Abstract】
Objective To investigate the effect of modified oral cavity intervention strategy on oral cavity nursing of the patient with transoral trachea intubation in neural intensive care unit, to provide better nursing measure.
Methods From January 2016 to August 2016, 60 patients with transoral trachea intubation in neural intensive care unit were enrolled and divided into study group and control group randomly and equally. The control group underwent routine oral cavity intervention, while the study group underwent oral cavity rinse, scrub and spay. Before oral cavity nursing, the rate of bad breath, the result of oral bacterial culture and Beck oral cavity score were compared between two groups in the first, the third and the fifth day.
Results In the three measuring point, there were significantly differences in the the rate of bad breath, the number of pathogenic bacteria strains in oral bacterial culture and Beck oral cavity score (p<0.05), and there was downtrend in all indexes.
Conclusions Modified oral cavity nursing can decrease the rate of bad breath, oral bacterial colonization and improves oral health condition and significantly increases the quality of oral cavity nursing.
