苏州物流园区建设规划
摘 要
物流业在苏州市国民经济发展中有着重要地位，是苏州新的经济增长极，而物流园区建设作为保障和促进物流业发展的基础力量，在大力发展物流业的形势下显得尤其重要。物流园区的规划建设，有利于形成物流集聚效应，降低物流成本，促进区域经济发展，提升物流业的服务水平等。但目前，苏州市在物流园区的建设发展中存在着诸多的问题，因此合理的规划物流园区的建设是必要的。本设计通过实地调察和参阅资料，分析了苏州物流园区的现状，建设发展存在的优势以及问题，并提出苏州物流园区“三带，五园，八中心”的空间布局，明确了主要园区发展规模和功能定位，提出了对于物流园区健康发展的一些保障措施。

Logistics park construction planning of Suzhou
Abstract
The logistics industry is getting its consequence in Suzhou national economic development, and it has become the new growth pole in Suzhou. And the construction of Logistics Park is the fundamental force of ensuring and promoting the development of logistics industry. It seems to be extremely important under the situation of the developing logistics industry. The planning and construction of Logistics Park will bring series of economic and social benefits. It is beneficial to create logistics accumulation effect, reduce logistic costs, increase the development of regional economic, raise the service level of logistics and et cetera. But some problems still existed in the development of the construction of Logistics Park. Therefore, to plan the construction of Logistics Park reasonably is necessary. Through field research and some other information, this project analysed the cuITent situation, the advantages and the existing problems of construction and development. In addition, the “Three Areas, Five Parks, Eight Centres” spatial distribution has been proposed. It clearly pointed the develop scale and the function targeting. And some safeguard measures of ensuring the healthy development of the Logistics Park construction has been presented.
