摘 要
本次研究的主题是校园智能停车收费监控系统，通过对校园车辆进出的实时监控，以及运用智能停车场管理解决校内因面积有限停车,合理收费以及停车场管理的安全性等问题。
在当下这个日新月异的社会，科技是越来越发达，但校园车辆的保障工作却远不如我们预想中的那么好。以广东交通技术学院作为例子，校内师生的车辆从门口进来的时候就采取自动刷IC卡的形式来记录进出校园的时间以及扣取相对应的费用，为校园建设增加收入。
通过这次的校园停车场研究，学校体育馆门前的停车地域以及23、24栋中间的停车地域拥有道路宽广，停车方便等优势，在这两处停车场进行合理的摄像头安装，实时监控，预防不法分子对校内车辆造成损害。使用智能停车场的管理模式，以往无规章可循的收费制度以及多余的工作人员等问题都能轻松解决，全方位的节省资源以及保障学校师生的财产安全。
提高学校车辆停放的效率，让校园车辆的保管更加安全，方便，节省资源。

Abstract
This study is the theme of campus parking intelligent monitoring system, real-time monitoring through import on the campus of the vehicle, and the use of intelligent parking lot management school due to limited area of parking, reasonable fees and parking lot management issues such as security.
In today’s rapidly changing society, science and technology is more and more developed, but the work of the security of campus vehicles is far less than we expected so good. The Guangdong Transportation Institute of technology as an example, when teachers and students of the vehicle from the doorway to take automatic brush IC card to record and out of the campus time and deduct the corresponding cost, increase income for the construction of the campus.
Through the parking lot on campus, the school stadium in front of the parking area and 23, 24 in the middle of the road with parking area, parking convenience, reasonable installation of cameras, the two parking lot in real-time monitoring, to prevent criminals causing damage to the vehicle on campus. Using intelligent car park management model, in the past no rules to follow the toll system and the excess staff and other issues can be easily resolved, a full range of resources to save resources and protect the school teachers and students.
