摘 要
随着我国由人口大国向人力资源强国迈进以及社会的发展趋势的多元化,国家急需各方面的优秀创新人才,向教育提出了更高的要求。其中培养拔尖创新艺术人才也是增强国家在全球经济、文化竞争中综合实力和核心竞争力的有利途径。因此教育系统、社会各界对于特色教育的要求表现出强劲的势头。学校特色教育得到了空前的发展,艺术特长教育已经成为学校建设的一个基本评价因素,同时也是学校办学特色的有机的组成部分。本课题旨在通过对新课改下学校教育中艺术特长生培养模式的研究实现艺术特长生的全面发展和个性的发挥。
