我国商业银行的产品创新与管理

摘  要

产品创新是商业银行可持续发展的不竭动力,也是商业银行在激烈的竞争环境中脱颖而出的基本保障。20世纪90年代以来,我国的资本市场逐渐完善,直接融资比例不断提高。2006年以来,中国的金融市场全面开放,中资银行与外资银行同台竞技,我国的商业银行已经无法依靠政策的优势来保卫原有的市场份额,因而产品创新己成我国商业银行维持生存的当务之急和不可回避的必然选择。事实上,金融是经济发展的核心,而银行又是金融发展的支柱,因而商业银行的健康运营、创新发展是金融稳健、经济良好的有效积淀。论文从商业银行产品创新的理论基础入手,界定了金融产品创新的概念,分析了商业银行产品创新的动因,以此为基础,通过对我国商业银行产品创新的必要性、现状和存在的问题进行分析,研究了商业银行金融产品创新的基本情况。就分析结果来看,商业银行的产品创新发展虽然初具规模,但是金融产品的创新机制还不够完善,特别是自主创新能力不强,产品创新层次不高,创新方法相对单一,需要改善的地方还很多。正是基于这样的分析,再结合我国的商业银行产品创新发展滞后的瓶颈,在论文的最后重点探索了我国商业银行产品创新改革、创新、发展、完善的着力点和突破点,提出了商业银行产品创新的策略选择,以期为我国商业银行的创新发展提供参考。

Abstract

Product innovation is commercial banks can develop continuously not exhaust motivation, but also commercial banks in the fierce competitive environment of the basic guarantee for talent showing itself. Since the nineteen ninties, China’s capital market perfect gradually, the proportion of direct financing for continuous improvement. Since 2006, China ‘s financial market comprehensive opening, the Chinese-funded banks and foreign banks, China’s commercial banks have to rely on the policy advantage to defend market share in the original, so that product innovation has already become our country commercial banks to survive a pressing matter of the moment and cannot evasive inevitable choice. In fact, the finance is the core of economic development, and the bank is the financial development of the pillar, so commercial banks healthy operation, innovation and development are the financial soundness, economic good effective accumulation. Papers from the commercial bank product innovation with the theory, defines the financial product innovation concept, has analyzed the commercial banking product innovation, take this as the foundation, through to our country commercial banks product innovation the necessity, status and existing problems were analyzed, studied and the basic situation of bank financial products innovation. As a result, product innovation and development of commercial  banks although take shape, but the financial product innovation mechanism is not perfect, especially the ability of independent innovation is not strong, product innovation level is not high, innovation method is relatively simple, need to improve a lot. It is based on such an analysis, combined with China’s commercial banks for product innovation and development the bottleneck, at the end of the thesis focus on the exploration of China’s commercial products innovation of the bank reform, innovation, development, perfect the focal point and the breakthrough point, put forward medium and small banks product innovation strategy choice, with period for our country commercial banking innovation development reference.
