摘 要
一个企业想要取得最大的利润空间，使得企业可以扩大经营，他们所采用的最重要手段就是资本运营。企业与企业之间互相合作，汲取其他企业的优点，与其他企业合作，促进利益最大化。最近几年,经济发展非常迅猛,很多的企业都改造成了股份制有限公司,企业通过扩大产业领域等手段使资产恢复运作,使企业的生产经营效率得以提高,然而资本运营方面与发达国家相比差距仍然很大。近些年来智能手机在发展行业几乎占据了整个手机市场,智能手机企业仿佛一夜之间兴起带动了新兴科技型企业的发展。智能手机一直受到消费者的欢迎和青睐，无论从哪方面来说都具有很大的市场潜力，最近几年国外品牌的手机占据了我国一定的市场，直接影响到国产智能手机的销售量。最近几年,通过不断像外国先进的智能手机企业学习借鉴其先进的技术,智能手机企业也在不断的调动企业员工的创新精神。然而HW公司企业管理还处于萌芽期，很多方面还尚不成熟。通过分析HW公司,浅谈其在企业资本管理方面面对的挑战,给HW公司在提供一些建设性的意见使其在国内外市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文打算通过剖析目前HW企业在资本管理运行方面的状况,来获取能提高资本运行效率的手段和方法。

Capital operation’s ultimate goal is to enable enterprises to maximize profits and capital gains, the use of capital exchange between enterprises and enterprises and rearrange this model to the assets of enterprises to increase, the development of the enterprise is getting better and better.In recent years, the economy is developing very rapidly, many enterprises are transformed into joint-stock co., LTD., enterprise by expanding industries such as means to restore assets operation, make the enterprise production and management to improve efficiency, capital operation, however, compared with the developed countries in terms of gap remains large.Smart phones in recent years in the development of industry occupies almost the whole of the mobile phone market, smart phone companies as if overnight rise to drive the development of the emerging science and technology enterprises.Recently a smart phone companies in terms of capital operation has been at the rising stage, at the same time, foreign smart phone companies have been eyeing up the smart phone market and the part of the market, sales of smart phones.In recent years, through continuous as foreign advanced smart phone companies to learn from the advanced technology, intelligent mobile phone companies are constantly arouse the innovative spirit of enterprise employees.HW company enterprise management is still in the bud, however, many aspects is not yet mature.Based on the analysis of HW company, discuss its capital in the enterprise management faced with the challenge of the HW company in providing some constructive Suggestions to make it in an impregnable position in market competition both at home and abroad.This paper aims to analyze the current state of HW enterprises in the aspect of capital management operation, can improve the efficiency of capital operation to obtain the means and methods.
