摘要:田径运动是众多体育运动项目之一,是增强学生体质,和对其进行精神文明教育的重要手段之一,能全面发展人的身体素质 ,促进各项运动技能的形成。在大学体育教学中,田径运动项目动作比较单调和枯燥,与别的一些体育项目相比,田径教学不能很好的跳动学生的主动性,没有发挥学生的创造能力,而且学生在田径课练习的过程中缺乏同学之间的合作和沟通,缺乏趣味性、娱乐性,也从而导致学生对田径课学习缺乏兴趣,夸美纽斯说过:“兴趣是创造一个欢乐和光明的教学环境的主要途径之一”。在过去田径课的教学中 , 老师更多的是通过锻炼气氛的改善和锻炼内容的变换来实现教学目的,这是很有必要的,但还是不能让田径课教学中的学生提高学习兴趣,了解田径课教学中能让学生产生兴趣的因素,探讨培养学生体育兴趣的原则与方法,这对提高田径课教学效果具有很深的意义。

In the past the track and field teaching, the teacher more through exercise improved atmosphere and exercise content transform to achieve the purpose of teaching, it is very necessary, but still couldn’t make track and field teaching in students’ interest in learning, understand the track and field teaching can make students study interest factors, training students sports interest principle and the method, which is to improve the teaching effect of track and field course it has deep significance.
