山西省运城市青少年体育俱乐部可持续发展研究
摘要
我国青少年体育俱乐部是国家体育总局为贯彻落实党中央、国务院《关于加强青少年学生活动场所建设的指示精神》，落实全民健身计划中以青少年为重点广泛开展青少年日常体育活动的社会组织，它具有社会公益性特征。青少年体育俱乐部的创建是我国深化体育体制改革进程中，使体育走向社会化、产业化的必由之路。青少年体育俱乐部作为一种社会化的组织，要依据市场经济规律而自我生存发展。然而，青少年体育俱乐部在我国属于新生事物，国家没有统一管理的规章制度和运行模式，国内各青少年俱乐部管理与运行中存在许多不足。因此，以山西省运城区青少年体育俱乐部为切入点，运用问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法对山西省运城区青少年体育俱乐部发展现状进行调查与研究，探寻影响山西省运城区青少年体育俱乐部发展的主要问题及制约青少年体育俱乐部发展的因素，旨在促使山西省运城区青少年体育俱乐部的持续、健康、稳定发展，并探索青少年体育俱乐部可持续发展的对策，为我国体育事业的快速发展提供人才储备，为培养“四有新人”做贡献。研究结果表明，

Abstract
The athletic club of teenagers of our country is State Physics Head Bureau in order to carry out the Party Central Committee，the State Council”about the indicative spirit which strengthens playground construction of the students of teenagers”，The ones that implemented nationwide body-building and regarded teenagers as the focal point and established while planning aimed at the social organization developping teenagers’daily sports activities extensively.It possesses the characteristics of socialist public welfare.Besides，the establishment of teenagers’athletic club is deepened in the process of system reform of sports in our country，It is the only way of making sports move towards socializing，industrialization.So，teenagers’athletic club should follow the economic law of the market as a kind of socialized organization，self-survival and development.However，teenagers’athletic club belongs to new things in our country，the country has not unified the rules and regulations of management and manage the mode of running.So，this text proceeds from problem most badly in need of solution，develop the current situation and make investigations to teenagers’athletic club，In order to promote better，quicker development of teenagers’athletic club，guarantee that teenagers’sports of our country gets lasting，flourishing development.This text uses the materials law of the document，investigation method summation to pay attention to the statistic law，from investigating that the current situation of teenagers’athletic club of Jilin is started with，Pass the survey of the present development of teenagers’athletic club of Jilin and function current situation，seek the factor of subject matter and restriction development of teenagers’athletic club of influencing development of teenagers’athletic club of Jilin，In order to making city of Jilin teenagers athletic club get lasting，healthy，the developments of stability.
