伟业金港湾住宅建筑工程项目施工质量管理的研究
摘要
建筑工程是有一定期限性、单独性、一次性等特征的集聚管理、施工等方面的综合全面的系统工程。建筑工程的最终结果是建造出人们的日常生活、工作的场所，所以，建筑工程的质量好坏与人们生活、工作的安全密切相关。但现在的建筑工程总会发生各种因工程存在问题而发生的质量事故。而对建筑工程质量好坏的影响因素有对工程的设计、地质的勘探、对工程的监管、完工后的验收等。施工过程非常重要，因此，改善建筑工程质量的关键就是要把施工过程的质量提高。
本文先是阐述了建筑工程的质量管理相关理论，对建筑工程质量管理的概念进行了详细说明，并分析了影响建筑工程施工质量管理的相关因素；继而又以伟业金港湾住宅项目为具体的研究对象，配合实践归纳等方法对项目工程质量管理进行深入的分析及研究，列举了在具体施工过程中工程质量管理存在很多问题，并对原因进行了分析。在本文的最后，对该项目的整体的质量管理体系、保证体系还有其他相关的制度、措施进行了阐述，也提出了相应的改进意见。

Study on construction quality management of residential construction project gempo Albert
Abstract
WThe construction project is a comprehensive system engineering, which has the characteristics of a certain period of time, individual, one-time and so on. The final result of the construction project is to build people’s daily life, work place, therefore, the quality of the construction project is closely related to the safety of people’s lives and work. But now, there will always be a variety of construction engineering problems arising from the quality of the accident. The influence factors on the quality of the construction project are the design of the project, the geological exploration, the supervision of the project, the completion of the acceptance, etc.. The construction process is very important, therefore, to improve the quality of the construction project is the key to improve the quality of the construction process.
This paper first expounds the construction engineering quality management theory, the concept of construction engineering quality management in detail, and analyzes the factors influencing the construction quality management of construction projects; and then to Albert gempo residential project as the research object, analysis and in-depth study with practice inductive method of project project quality management, enumerated in concrete during construction project quality management has many problems, and the reasons were analyzed. At the end of this paper, the overall quality management system of the project, the guarantee system and other related systems and measures are discussed.
