摘 要
本工程位于陕西省高陵县，建筑总面积约3000平方米，建筑结构形式为七层框架结构。在已有施工图纸的情况下进行施工组织设计与投标报价，主要包括投标文件、工程清单报价、施工总体部署、施工进度计划管理、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程质量控制、安全生产保证措施、文明施工措施，并相应的进行了进度计划安排。
对三泰茗居2号住宅楼工程的投标报价使工程价格更加趋于合理；可以继续降低平均的社会劳动消费水平，从而有效地控制工程造价；对供需双方更好的共同选择，使工程价格更符合基本价值，更好地控制项目成本；有利于规范价格行为，对公开、公平和公正的原则，可以减少交易成本，节约人力、物力和财力。此外，工程成本下降。施工组织设计是根据施工任务和对象，对所有施工活动的方案安排，它具有很强的技术性和综合性，对施工过程中的指导和控制作用，在资源条件下实现工程的技术和经济效益。

Abstract
This project is located in Shaanxi County of Gaoling Province, with a total construction area of about 3000 square meters, and the structure of the building is a frame structure of seven layers. In the Bidding Quotation No. 2 residential building project of Santai Ming works prices become more reasonable; can continue to reduce the average social labor consumption level, so as to effectively control the project cost; the common choice of both supply and demand better, make engineering price more in line with the basic value, better control of project cost; to regulate the price behavior. To open, fair and impartial, can reduce transaction costs, save manpower, material and financial resources. In addition, the project cost.
