摘 要
随着我国经济的快速发展,以及传媒业的蓬勃兴起,电视已经成为现代人们生活的必需品,电视节目也成为人们休闲娱乐与学习的一个途径。随着相亲、选秀、脱口秀等电视娱乐节目受到观众的喜爱,越来越多的电台开始开办类似的娱乐节目,节目同质化、低俗化现象日益严重。在此背景下,本文首先简述“限娱令”,然后对上星地方电视台的电视产业结构现状进行分析,接着指出“限娱令”下上星地方台所面临的机遇与挑战,最后提出“限娱令”下上星地方台所采取的对策,笔者认为上星地方电台要加快资源规划与整合,优化产业结构,实施灵活的广告经营策略,开发网络电视,做出高品质、特色化、品牌化的节目,这样才能不断提高电台对受众的影响力,是具有现实意义的研究课题。

Abstract
With China’s rapid economic development, as well as the media industry is booming, television has become a necessity of life of modern people, television programs are also a way to become a people of leisure and entertainment and learning. With each draft, talk shows and TV entertainment loved by the audience, more and more radio stations started to offer similar entertainment program homogenization and vulgarization growing phenomenon. In this context, the paper first briefly “limit Entertainment Order, and then analyze the status quo of industrial structure on local television on Star TV, then pointed out that” limit the entertainment to make the next star place facing the opportunities and challenges, and finally proposes limit entertainment Order on the next star place to take countermeasures, I believe that a star local radio station to speed up the planning and integration of resources, optimize the industrial structure, the implementation of flexible advertising business strategy, development of network television, to make high-quality, features, brand of the program, so as to continuously improve the influence of the radio audience, is of practical significance to the research topic.
