关于成立六哨乡脱毒马铃薯农村合作社的研究
摘 要：在对六哨乡脱毒马铃薯农民专业合作社问题调查的基础上，发现主要问题是农民专业合作社缺乏民主管理及激励机制不完善，对农民专业合作社的资金投入不足，金融信贷支持不到位，以及对农民专业合作社的宣传手段单一和培训教育力度不足等。解决以上问题的主要建议有优化六哨乡脱毒马铃薯农民专业合作社决策机制及激励机制，加强政府对资金方面的支持，加强宣传教育力度等措施出发，建立和完善适应六哨乡脱毒马铃薯经济发展的农民专业合作社。

Abstract: in de investigation potato farmers’ cooperatives in six township basis, found that the main problem is the lack of democratic management of farmer specialized cooperatives and incentive mechanism is not perfect, lack of professional farmers cooperatives capital investment, financial support is not in place, as well as to the farmer specialized cooperative society propaganda single and training education lack of. To solve the above problems main recommendations are optimized six Shao Xiang virus-free potato farmers professional cooperative decision-making mechanism and incentive mechanism, strengthen the government support for the fund, in order to strengthen the propaganda and education and other measures, establish and improve the professional farmers cooperatives virus-free potato economic development six township.
