企业是经济发展的重要组成部分，对经济发展有很大的影响作用，尤其是我国正处于经济发展的重要时期，企业的作用就更加突出。对一个企业来说，获得成功不仅仅需要经济方面的因素，企业道德也发挥着很重要的影响力。企业有良好道德形象，再加上正确的发展策略，更容易获得成功。在中国，企业商业道德还存在着一些问题，面临着很多挑战，如何更好解决这些问题，对于我国经济的稳步持续发展具有很大的影响，本文就是以此为背景，通过一些案例的分析，看到了我国企业商业道德的现状，指出了商业道德缺失的具体表现，并且分析了原因，给出了完善商业道德的建议。本文以商业道德为主线，以案例、现状、问题、根源、建议组成全文结构，提出自己的观点和看法，这些研究对我国企业的发展都是有很好的借鉴作用的。

ABSTRACT

Enterprise is an important part of economic development, economic development has a great influence, especially China is in an important period of economic development, the role of the enterprise will become more prominent. For a business, success requires more than economic factors, business ethics also play a very important influence. Enterprises have good moral image, coupled with the right development strategy, more likely to be successful. In China, corporate business ethics, there are still some problems facing many challenges, how to better address these issues, for the sustainable development of China’s economy steadily has great influence, this paper is this background, through a number of case studies, see the current situation of the enterprise business ethics, pointing out the lack of specific performance of business ethics, and analyzes the reasons given sound business ethics advice. In this paper, the main line of business ethics in the case, situation, problem, the root cause, the proposed structure composed of text, put forward their views and opinions, these studies on the development of Chinese enterprises are all my good reference role.
