当代企业危机公关策略研究
摘 要
随着我国互联网的飞速发展,促进了信息的传播速度,企业面临的各种风险与突发性危机越来越多,危机管理也开始成为企业管理的焦点。在此背景下,本文首先简述企业公关的内涵,以及企业进行危机管理的意义,接着以“达芬奇家具事件”为典型案例进行分析,通过他们在危机事件中的表现,以及此次事件对企业的影响,提出提升企业危机公关的策略,希望企业通过树立危机意识,进行危机防范、反应与恢复管理,不断提升企业预防与处理突发性危机的能力,以期为我国更多企业进行突发性危机管理提供有力的参考依据,是具有现实与实践意义的研究课题。

Abstract:
With the rapid development of Internet in China to promote the speed of information dissemination, more and more enterprises are facing a variety of risks and unexpected crises, crisis management became the focus of enterprise management. In this context, the paper first outlines the connotation of corporate public relations, and corporate crisis management significance, then analyzed for the typical case of “The Da Vinci furniture event through their performance in the event of crisis, as well as the incident impact on businesses, to enhance the enterprise crisis public relations strategy, hoping to establish a sense of crisis, crisis prevention, response and recovery management, and improve the ability of the enterprise to prevent and handle unexpected crises, in order to more of our enterprise sudden the onset of crisis management, a strong reference is realistic and practical significance of the research topic.
