摘要
我国福建省是中国最大、茶叶资源丰富的产茶省份。而绿色壁垒的施行制约着福建茶叶的外销出口，使得福建茶叶贸易的出口额大幅度下降。因此我们要在对绿色贸易壁垒的研究认识上，找出阻挠茶叶出口的原因，并采取恰当策略来帮助福建茶叶出口贸易的持续稳定发展。
本篇文章大体上阐述了研究福建茶叶出口贸易遭受绿色壁垒的目的和意义，国内外学者对绿色壁垒的研究现状，福建茶叶出口贸易遭遇绿色壁垒的原因及其影响与对策等方面。采用理论分析和实证分析相结合的方法，通过广泛搜集资料和数据，全面真实地总结出福建省茶叶出口贸易遭受绿色壁垒的发展现状，并根据实际要求，结合我国现有国情制定出福建省茶出口跨越绿色壁垒的对策。

Abstract
China’s FUJIAN province is China’s largest province rich in tea, tea resource. And the implementation of the green barriers to restrict the export of FUJIAN tea exports, exports of FUJIAN tea trade drastically. So we will meet in the study of green trade barriers, find out the reason of blocking the tea export, and adopt appropriate strategies to help the steady development of FUJIAN tea export trade.
