摘要：当今是一个网络化高速发展的时代，随着互联网的高速发展，食堂采购系统就是基于互联网的发展，通过网络化的管理方式去管理食堂采购信息，使用户快速准确的进行管理食堂采购的信息，并对商品信息进行管理。因此采用全新的网络化管理方式，将会提高食堂采购管理效率。
本文研究的食堂采购系统基于当前较为流行的B/S结构，采用Java技术和sql sever数据库进行开发设计。通过本系统，实现了不同权限的用户登录，包括供应商、采购员和管理员角色。主要包括管理员：采购员管理、供应商管理、采购商品管理、系统管理，采购员：个人资料管理、商品信息管理、商品库存管理，供应商：个人资料管理、商品信息管理、采购商品管理等功能。本系统经过测试，运行效果稳定，操作方便、快捷，是一个功能全面、实用性好、安全性高，并具有良好的可扩展性、可维护性的食堂采购系统。
本论文主要讲述了食堂采购系统开发背景，对该系统做了详细的需求分析和功能需求，然后对食堂采购系统进行测试和总结。业务流程、系统结构和数据库设计等方面的问题。望能利用先进的计算机技术和网络技术来改变目前的食堂采购系统管理状况，提高采购效率。

Abstract：Today is a network of high-speed development of the era, with the rapid development of the Internet, the canteen procurement system is based on the development of the Internet, through the network management to manage the canteen procurement information, so that users can quickly and accurately manage the canteen procurement information, and commodity information management. Therefore, the adoption of a new network management, will improve the canteen procurement management efficiency.
The canteen procurement system studied in this paper is based on the current popular B/S structure, and USES Java technology and SQL sever database for development and design. Through this system, the user login with different permissions is realized, including the roles of supplier, buyer and administrator. It mainly includes administrator: purchaser management, supplier management, procurement commodity management, system management, purchaser: personal data management, commodity information management, commodity inventory management, supplier: personal data management, commodity information management, procurement commodity management and other functions. This system through the test, the operation effect is stable, the operation is convenient, quick, is a function comprehensive, the practicability is good, the security is high, and has the good expandability, the maintainability dining room purchase system.
This paper mainly describes the canteen procurement system development background, the system to do a detailed demand analysis and functional requirements, and then the canteen procurement system testing and summary. Business process, system structure and database design. Hope to use advanced computer technology and network technology to change the current canteen procurement system management, improve procurement efficiency．
