在企业发展与竞争理论体系中,核心竞争力是一个核心范畴。企业核心竞争力也称核心能力,是企业独有的、能为消费者带来特殊效用、使企业在某一市场上长期具有竞争优势的内在能力资源。随着世界的发展变化和竞争加剧,企业的成功不再归功于短暂的或偶然的产品开发或灵机一动的市场战略,而是企业核心竞争力的外在表现。本文通过对企业核心竞争力相关文献的研究,以模具塑料公司为例,深入分析其核心竞争力的现状及提升途径。
