企业危机管理系统研究一以家乐福为例
摘要:随着经济全球化发展和竞争的加剧,危机事件对企业的影响越来越大,因此,危机管理开始成为企业管理中的重要部分。本文通过对2008年发生的家乐福事件进行案例分析,对企业危机管理系统进行了研究,结论认为家乐福的危机管理存在着一定的缺点和一定的优点。缺点是家乐福的危机事件预警能力较差;危机发生后组织决策效率低;危机处理部门内部缺乏协调和组织,系统结构混乱。优点包括沟通较为成熟,危机处理态度好,危机的事后处理得当等。本文应用危机管理的系统理论,结合家乐福是外资企业的前提下,就家乐福完善危机管理系统给出了对策建议,主要包括以下几个方面:加强对中国文化和环境的理解和修炼;注重危机管理中沟通方式的应用;注重危机预警管理;协调组织资源共同应对危机事件。

Abstract: In recent years, the pace of economic globalization continues to accelerate, more and more intense competition among enterprises. Crises impact on businesses cannot be ignored. Crisis management became an important part of business management. This paper takes Carrefour event in 2008 as example and analyzed the corporation crisis management. The conclusions are there are some disadvantages and advantages of Carrefour’s crisis management. The disadvantages are crisis warning ability is not enough; the efficiency of organizational decision-making in crisis is low; the organization responsible for crisis management has a weak capacity of dealing with crisis and the organization system is chaotic. Advantages include more mature communication, crisis management and good attitude, and post-processing of the crisis properly. By applying the Crisis Management System theory, considering Carrefour is one of foreign-funded enterprises, the paper gave some conclusions on how Carrefour improve the crisis management system which includes strengthening the understanding and practice of Chinese culture and the environment; focus on crisis management in mode of communication applications; focus on the management of crisis early warning; coordination of organizational resources to respond to crisis events.
