摘 要
随着互联网的快速发展和我国金融行业改革开放步伐的加快，东莞市商业银行之间的竞争日益激烈。网上银行是商业银行拓展市场空间、增强核心竞争力的重要手段，已成为东莞市商业银行竞争的焦点。（第一段后面需要加上你所要研究的招商银行东莞分行网银业务的主要情况，可以用一些数据表明其现状及问题，从而引出研究的意义。）
