随着我国房地产市场的日益竞争激烈,越来越多小型房地产公司被行业洗牌出局,但是我国房地产公司面临着的不单单是政策的压力和社会经济的发展问题,在我国房地产公司发展的过程中起涉及到的因素众多,例如:人口因素、经济因素、区位因素等,因此,这对于我国房地产公司而言既是一个挑战也是一个机遇。本文,分析了LW房地产公司的战略规划方案,并且指出房地产企业结合现代媒体进行传播营销,是有利于我国房地产企业发展和扩展市场渠道的。

Abstract
With the increasingly fierce competition in China’s real estate market, more and more small real estate companies are shuffled out of the industry, but China’s real estate companies are facing not only the pressure of policy and socio-economic development issues in China’s real estate company development process Among the many factors involved, such as: population factors, economic factors, location factors, therefore, for China’s real estate company is both a challenge and an opportunity. This paper analyzes the strategic planning plan of LW real estate company, and points out that real estate enterprises carry out communication marketing with modern media, which is beneficial to the development and expansion of market channels of real estate enterprises in China.
