摘要

随着经济日趋全球化，竞争趋势也日益激烈。在加入WTO后，我国在仓储管理方面有了很大的提高，也意识到需要运用先进的管理技术，改变落后的机器设备，提高仓储管理的理念等，但是在管理上我国与国际上的现代化超市管理有很大的差距。尤其是在超市的管理体系方面，人员素质方面等都有很多需要提高的地方。因此运用先进的管理技术，提高仓储管理，改变仓储管理模式来改变落后的超市存储管理是必然趋势。

本文以上海大润发超市为例，通过揭示上海大润发超市在仓储管理方面存在的问题和缺陷所进行的改进工程，重点讲述现代化仓储及仓储管理在物流系统中所占据的重要地位。对上海大润发超市提出具体的改进措施和建议以优化超市的整个仓储管理。首先是简单介绍了课题研究的意义和描述了现状。其次描述了仓储管理的基本理论，对仓储管理的概念有初步的了解。中间是描述了上海大润发超市仓储管理的现状分析，着重分析了现在超市在管理中的问题和局限。最后是针对上海大润发超市出现的问题所提出的建议和措施。

Abstract

Along with the economic globalization trend, competition is increasingly intense also. After joining WTO, our country in warehousing management has been greatly improved, but also realize the need for the use of advanced management technology, change the backward equipment, and improve the storage management idea and so on, but in the management of our country and the international modern management has the very big disparity. Especially in the shopping center management system, the quality of personnel, there are a lot of places to be improved. Therefore the use of advanced management technology, improve the warehousing management, warehousing management mode change to change the backward mall storage management is inevitable trend.

In this paper, the Shanghai Hualian Supermarket as an example, through revealing the Shanghai Hualian Supermarket warehouse management problems and defects to improve engineering, focus on the modernization of warehousing and storage management in logistics system to occupy the important position. The Shanghai Hualian Supermarket put forward the concrete improvement measures and suggestions to optimize the whole supermarket warehouse management. The first is simple introduced the topic research significance and described the status quo. Followed by the description of the basic theory of warehouse management, warehousing management concept to have a preliminary understanding. The intermediate is described the Shanghai Hualian Supermarket warehouse management present situation analysis, focuses on the analysis of the present management of supermarket in the problems and limitations. The last is the Shanghai Hualian Supermarket problems suggestions and measures.
