温州企业资本运营情况调查
摘要：改革开放初期温州人以其灵敏的市场嗅觉、进取型风险偏好以及吃苦耐劳的优秀品质淘到了民间资本的第一桶金。三十几年后，温州民间资本发展规模令人惊叹。“温州模式”长期以来被奉为民营经济发展的样板，温州的民间资本也在温州经济的腾飞中迅速壮大。面对着制造业发展的瓶颈，许多温州民间资本开始转向房地产、资源、金融等高收益领域。民间资本配置的低效率已越来越成为影响温州区域经济增长的重大因素。文章在界定整体性金融中介概念的基础上,对民间资本中介化配置效率的比较优势进行了分析,认为中介化配置是提高民间资本运作效率、引导其投向高技术产业的有效机制,此外,还提出了中介化配置民间资本,促进温州高技术产业发展的若干对策。

Based on the definition of the overall financial intermediary based on the concept of civilian capital, allocation efficiency of intermediary of comparative advantage undertook an analysis, think the intermediary configuration is to improve operational efficiency, to guide the private capital investment in high tech industry effective mechanism, in addition, also proposed the medium configuration folk capital, promoting Wenzhou high technology industry some countermeasures to the development of.
