我国中小企业融资问题研究
我国中小企业是我国经济发展的重要组成部分，有着提供就业、稳定社会、增加税收等重要作用。但是在全球经济化的今天，受经济危机的影响，中小企业面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。中小企业融资难的问题成为了普遍的问题，这严重影响了国民经济的发展，对社会稳定、生产技术等有着较大的负面影响。切实的解决中小企业所面临的问题非常重要，这也有助于国家金融和法律等方面的完善。另一方面，解决中小企业融资难的问题，对社会稳定、税收收入有推动作用。
Financing problem of Chinese medium and small enterprises
Abstract：Of the small and medium-sized enterprises in China’s economic development is an important component of the social stability, has provide employment, to increase taxes, and other important role. But in the global economic today, by the economic crisis, small and medium-sized enterprise is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficult question became common problem, it seriously affected the development of national economy, the social stability, production technology, and so has great negative impact. To solve the small and medium enterprises are faced with the problem is very important, it also helps the state’s financial and law is perfect. On the other hand, solve the problems of financing difficulties of the small and medium-sized enterprises, to social stability, tax revenues have role.
