我国绿色餐饮品牌建设研究
发展绿色管理的餐饮业己经成为中国饮食行业提高国际市场竞争力、新经济挑战的重要举措。本课题将从研究国内外餐饮业绿色管理发展状况入手,选取国内绿色管理研究资料和国外绿色管理研究资料为切入点,对国内绿色餐饮品牌建设发展状和存在的问题进行分析研究,对国内绿色餐饮品牌建设的特性、功能以及应用进行初步探讨。将通过对中国绿色餐饮品牌建设发展情况的调查,采取定性与定量分析相结合的方法,对我国绿色餐饮品牌建设管理发展进行预测,指出当前存在的问题,从绿色餐饮品牌建设管理的时机、条件以及市场需求等方面,对其发展提出具体的应对思路与实施对策。

STUDY ON CHINA’S CATERING INDUSTRY GREEN MANAGEMENT
ABSTRACT
The development of green management of the catering industry has become China’s food industry to enhance competitiveness in the international market, the challenge of new economy important measure. This research will study from the restaurant industry at home and abroad green management starting with the development of the research on green management of information, selected domestic and foreign research on green management of information as a breakthrough point, the domestic green food brand construction and development, and analyze the existing problems of the domestic green food brand construction, characteristics, functions and application are discussed. Will be based on the Chinese green food brand construction development situation investigation, to take a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, on China’s green food brand construction management to forecast the development, point out the problem of current presence, from green food brand construction management opportunity, condition and the respect such as market demand, the development of specific coping train of thought and countermeasure.
