我国上市公司资金链管理初探

摘要

资金是企业的血液，资金链是维系企业正常生产经营运转的基本保障，资金链管理在上市公司财务管理中占核心地位。如何确保企业资金链的良性循环，是企业需要积极探讨的。资金是企业生存和发展的重要基础，被视为企业生产经营的血液，本次国际金融危机爆发后，全球经济萧条，大量中小企业陷入困境，面临资金缺乏、成本上升、效益下滑等问题。本文首先对我国上市公司资金链进行简介，然后对上市公司资金链存在的问题和问题的原因进行分析，最后，加强中小企业资金链管理的对策。

ABSTRACT

The funds are functioning as blood in the corporates. The capital chain management is the prominent foundation of corporates’ daily healthy operations which as well acts as the centerpiece in public-listed companies. In the post-crisis period, a large amount of small and medium enterprises slide into recessions due to credit crunch, raising cost and declining efficiency.
