摘要

中国烟草行业是国民经济的重要支柱行业，对国民经济的发展起着至关重要的作用。本文以中国加入《世界烟草控制框架公约》中国烟草企业面临的新形势为背景，结合烟草企业的发展现状，分析了烟草企业在我国国民经济中的地位和作用，进一步总结出烟草企业未来的发展趋势。通过分析中国加入《世界烟草控制框架公约》给中国烟草企业带来的影响，进一步找到我国烟草企业现阶段发展所存在的问题，并针对问题给出相应的解决方案。

Abstract

China’s tobacco industry of the national economy is an important pillar industry, the development of national economy plays a vital role. This paper takes the Chinese to join the world framework convention on tobacco control tobacco enterprises of China face the new situation as the background, combined with tobacco enterprise development present situation, has analyzed the tobacco enterprise in China’s national economic status and the function, further summarizes the tobacco enterprise the future trend of development. Through the analysis of China to join the world framework convention on tobacco control to China’s tobacco enterprise impact, further in our country current development tobacco enterprises find the existing problems, and in the light of the problems are given the corresponding solutions.
