中小企业发展与融资问题研究
摘要
中小企业在国民经济发展中发挥了重要作用，例如促进就业、繁荣经济、推动创新等方面。但中小企业融资问题一直是制约其发展的“瓶颈”。这需要创新中小企业融资模式来解决其融资难问题。本文首先介绍了中小企业融资的相关概念与理论，包括中小企业概念与界定，中小企业融资方式；然后，对我国中小企业融资的现状进行分析；接着从国家、企业等角度分析了造成中小企业融资难的原因；再次，为缓解中小企业融资难问题。最后笔者提出了中小企业信贷融资的发展建议与措施。
