摘要
当今社会己进入信息社会时代。信息己经受到社会的广泛关注，被看作社会和科学技术发展的三大支柱（材料、能源、信息）。信息是管理的基础，是进行决策的的基本依据。在一个组织里，信息己作为人力、物力、财力之外的第四种能源，占有重要的地位。然而，信息是一种非物质的，有别于基本资源的新形式的资源。信息也是管理的对象，必须进行管理和控制。
随着社会的发展和信息技术的进步，人们在日常生活中对信息的要求更加强烈。在互联网上开展各种服务已经成为许多企业和部门的急切需求。目前，基于网络的应用服务方式越来越受到人们的关注。无论在国内还是在国外，使用因特网的人数都在不断增加，因特网的方便快捷，是其他服务方式所无法比拟的。现在，网络技术的应用正极大地改变着传统的服务模式。比如，越来越多的招聘信息在网上发布，越来越多的简历通过网上求职系统进行投递，不但为招聘方和求职者节约了大量的人力、物力和财力，也为国家节约了大量的公共资源。
系统采用JSP为编程语言。论文主要介绍了本课题的开发背景，所要完成的功能和开发的过程。重点的说明了系统设计的重点、设计思想、难点技术和解决方案。

Abstract
Today’s society has entered the era of the Information Society. Information has been subject to widespread concern in the community, be seen as social and scientific and technological development of the three pillars of the (materials, energy, information). Information management is the basis for decision-making is a fundamental basis. In an organization, has information as human, material and financial resources outside of the fourth energy, played an important role. However, the information is a non-material, which is different from the basic resources in the form of new resources. Information management is also the target must be to manage and control.
With the social development and information technology advances, people in their daily lives for more information on the request of the strong. On the Internet to carry out various services has become in many enterprises and sectors and pressing demands. At present, Web-based application services more and more attention. Whether at home or abroad, the number of people using the Internet are growing fast and convenient Internet is the way of other services second to none. Now, the network technology is changing the traditional cathode land of the services model. For example, a growing number of recruiting publication of information on the Internet, a growing number of biographical notes on-line through the delivery system for job-seekers, not only for recruitment and job-seekers to save a great deal of human, material and financial resources as well as cut down a large number of Public resources.
