国内外民航服务特色
摘要
改革开放以来,我国航空运输业的发展速度远远高于世界平均水平。机队规模的扩大和客货运输周转量的不断增加,要求民航企业的地勤服务能力相应增强,同时其他运输方式和外资民航企业的竞争又要求国内民航企业不断改进地勤服务质量[1],增加各种服务特色。为满足不断增加的航线和快速增长的客流、货流的需要,各国不停地改造旧机场,兴建新机场,建立以大城市为中心的枢纽机场,不断改造和更新空中交通管制系统。机场越来越大,设施和管理手段越来越先进,环境和服务质量也越来越好,星罗棋布的航线连接世界各地。

The domestic and foreign aviation service characteristics
Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, the speed of development of China’s aviation industry is far higher than the world average level. Increasing the size of the fleet expansion and turnover amount of passenger and freight transport, civil aviation enterprises ground service capability of the corresponding enhancement, and other modes of transport and foreign civil aviation enterprises competition and demand of the domestic civil aviation enterprises continuously improve the ground service quality [1], increase the variety of service characteristics. To meet the increasing need of passenger and freight flow route and the rapid growth of the transformation of the old airport, countries ceaselessly, build a new airport, built hub airports in large cities as the center, continuously reform and renewal of the air traffic control system. The airport is more and more big, facilities and management means more and more advanced, the environment and the quality of service is also getting better and better, the length and breadth of the route connecting the world.
