摘要
伴随物流业的不断发展，地铁运营建设中的物资管理工作已经成为我国地铁建设的重要组成部分。对于地铁物资管理的建设必须加大管理水平，提高自主创新能力，以最小的成本投入实现更优质量的地铁建设。合理的进行物资管理可以实现企业成本的降低、资金周转的加快、企业效益的提高等。库存管理作为地铁运营物资管理的重要组成部分，发挥着至关重要的作用。合理的制定库存计划，采用先进的库存管理系统可以最大化的实现物资的出库入库以及物资存储等行为的发生。因此，对于地铁运营物资的库存管理具有重要的研究意义，本为主要以天津地铁为例研究地铁运营物资中的库存管理。
全文分七个部分。第一部分简要介绍了库存管理的概述，包括库存管理的概念、分类和作用等；第二部分根据天津地铁的实际运营情况分析了物资的运营种类及需求特性；第三、四部分分别阐述了天津地铁运营物资管理中的库存管理和采购管理；第五部分主要描述了天津地铁运营物资管理中存在的一些问题，主要包括库存模式、采购流程、绩效考核等方面的不足；第六部分主要提出关于改善天津地铁库存管理的措施；最后一部分是对全文的一个概括性总结。
