【摘 要】随着网络技术的发展富锦市农科所农作物信息管理系统是一种新的管理方式，同时也是现代农作物信息管理的基础，利用互联网的时代与实际情况相结合来改变过去传统的农作物信息管理中的不足，把农作物管理模式逐渐推广各大管理机构。方便人们管理信息。农作物管理模式作为时代的必然产物，已经得到了用户的认同。
本文阐述了富锦市农科所农作物信息管理系统的设计与实现，采用java技术和sqlserver 数据库进行开发设计。主要实现功能包括信息发布员：个人资料管理、农作物信息管理、农事信息管理、产量信息管理、灾害信息管理，农业专家：农业专家管理、农作物信息查询、土地信息查询、农事信息查询、农事指导管理，用户：个人资料管理、农作物信息查询、土地信息查询、农事信息查询、农事咨询管理，管理员：管理员权限管理、系统用户管理、农作物信息管理、土地信息管理、农事信息管理、产量信息管理、灾害信息管理、系统管理等功能。本系统操作简单，界面友好。
