摘 要：在当今社会生活当中人们对鸡西市水务局水资源质检管理系统是一种新的管理方式，同时也是水务局水资源质检管理必不可缺少的一部分，利用互联网的时代与水资源信息相结合来改变过去传统的水务局水资源质检信息管理中的不足，把水务局水资源质检信息管理模式逐渐推广到各个水务局水资源质检。从目前来看，有许多的水务局水资源质检管理方式都应用网络来进行，网上管理作为时代的必然产物，已经得到了各大水务局水资源质检的认同。
本文研究的鸡西市水务局水资源质检管理系统采用了B/S结构、java技术和MySql数据库，并通过这些技术来实现系统不同用户角色的相应功能。本鸡西市水务局水资源质检管理系统主要包括管理员：系统用户管理、用户权限管理、任务信息管理、样品信息管理、试剂信息管理、数据统计分析、质量控制管理、样品检测分析、系统管理,用户：个人资料管理、委派信息管理、任务信息管理、样品信息管理、试剂信息管理、数据统计分析、质量控制管理、样品检测分析等功能。
本文主要介绍了鸡西市水务局水资源质检管理系统的发展背景。针对该系统，主要对技术进行需求分析和系统内容进行论述，对系统进行了详细的介绍和分析，并对系统功能进行详细的测试和总结。对业务流程、系统结构和数据进行了全面的说明。最后，利用计算机技术和网络技术，改变了现有鸡西市水务局水资源质检管理系统存在的问题。
