在全球经济一体化进一步加强,市场竞争更加激烈的今天,集计算机技术、网络技术、信息技术为一体的电子商务,成为了21世纪国际贸易的主要方式和新世纪经济增长的引擎。主要是因为电子商务的开放性、全球性、地域性、低成本和高效率等内在特征,使其不仅符合商业经济的内在要求,还超越了其作为一种新的贸易形式所具有的价值,它的出现增加了贸易机会、提高了贸易效益,推动了国际贸易的创新。其电子商务就是以这种新型的商务模式以其特有的优势,越来越广泛为世界各国所接受并应用到国际贸易领域,同时也使我们能够强烈的感觉到电子商务的产生与发展给传统的国际经济贸易活动带来的深刻影响。比如说在我国国际贸易企业随着电子商务发展的过程中,存在着很多的问题,在一定程度上制约了我国国际贸易企业的发展,所以本文着重介绍了电子商务的发展对国际贸易行业的影响和在此背景下国际贸易的新特点,其影响有企业管理得以改善、有效降低交易成本、优化外贸型企业组织结构和大大提高交易效率等,而所呈现的新特点有国际贸易业务操作流程创新、国际贸易业务交易流程创新、国际贸易新的运行环境、国际贸易运行机制创新、国际贸易营销创新以及国际贸易运输方式创新等特点;并对电子商务方式下我国国际贸易企业发展过程中存在的问题进行了详细的分析,从定位、观念、效果以及人才等方面存在的问题进行了深入的分析,对此针对这些问题的存在提出了一些发展我国国际贸易企业进一步发展的个人看法,比如说,在探索现代流通新方式上实现新突破、完善网络平台建设、推进电子商务在国际贸易企业的应用、大力进行宣传等等的建议,其目的是在国际贸易的磋商、签约、货物交付、货款收付等商务活动中充分应用网络,从而减少贸易环节,降低贸易成本,增加交易机会,减少产品周期,提高海关管理、进出口商品检验管理、外贸业务全过程管理的效率,最终期望这些建议对我国国际贸易企业在电子商务方式下的发展起到一定的促进作用。

In the further strengthening of global economic integration, market competition is more intense today, a set of computer technology, network technology, information technology as one of the electronic commerce, twenty-first Century became the main way of international trade and the growth of new century economy engine. Mainly because of the electronic commerce open, global, regional, low cost and high efficiency inherent characteristics, which not only conforms to the commercial economy intrinsic request, beyond its role as a new form of trade by the value, it appears to increase business opportunities, improve trade efficiency, promoting international trade innovation. The electronic commerce is the new business model with its peculiar advantage, more and more widely accepted for place of world each country and applied to the field of international trade, but also allows us to feel strongly that the production and development of electronic commerce to the traditional international economic and trade activities bring profound influence. For example in China’s international trade enterprises with the development of electronic commerce in the process, there exist many problems, to a certain extent restricts the our country international trade the development of the enterprise, so this paper introduces the development of Electronic Commerce on international trade and the effects of this in the context of international trade new characteristics, its influence enterprise management can be improved, effectively reduce transaction costs, optimize the trade type enterprise organization structure and greatly improving transaction efficiency, and the new characteristics of international trade business process innovation, international trade business process innovation, new international trade environment, international trade operation mechanism innovation, marketing innovation and international trade international trade transportation innovation characteristics; and the electronic business mode of China’s international trade enterprises the existing problems in the development process are analyzed in detail, from the positioning, concept, and the effect of talent and other aspects of the existing problems are analyzed, which aimed at these problems puts forward some development of our international trade enterprises further development of the individual view, for example, in exploring the new way of achieving modern circulation New breakthrough, perfect network platform construction, promoting electronic commerce in international trade enterprise applications, to promote and proposal, the purpose is in international trade negotiations, signing, delivery, payment and other business activities in the full application network, thereby reducing the links of trade, reduce trade cost, increase trade opportunities, reduce product cycle, improve the management of customs, import and export commodity inspection administration, foreign trade business process management efficiency, eventually expect these suggestions on China’s international trade enterprises in electronic business mode of the development of stimulative effect.
